THE APPARATUS: Debut Album Delayed
November 10, 2004Dream Catcher Records has pushed back the release date of the debut album from Norwegian melodic death metalers THE APPARATUS to January 2005. The delay is being attributed to "marketing reasons," according to a posting on the group's web site.
As previously reported, "Heathen Agenda" will include 10 original tracks with an approximate playing time of 50 minutes. Songs set to appear on the CD include "Otherplace", "The Revelation" and "Worms". An audio preview of the album is available at this location.
THE APPARATUS recently returned to Godt Selskap Studio (NECROPHAGIA, MANIFEST) in Trondheim, Norway to complete work on the song "All is Nothing" — an outtake from "Heathen Agenda". "This track is planned to be used for compilations, first out is a 'Godt Selskap' disc which will contain unreleased tracks from bands that have done their recordings in this studio," reads a posting on the band's web site.
